<lj:music>Dreaming With a Broken Heart - John Mayer</lj:music>

Sooo... I'm really horrible at updating this thinger. Honestly, though, there's not much to update. My life is basically this: wake up, go to class, practice, go home, homework, eat, practice, home again, more homework while watching TV, go to bed, repeat. Today was my last real weekend, seeing as I have to stage manage the double header of a choir concert tomorrow and next Saturday is my recital. I think I've entered into the running-around-like-a-deranged-chicken-whose-head-may-or-may-not-be-attached stage. Seriously. I have four and a half composition assignments due in Form and Analysis on Monday, two of which I actually have done. Plus Spanish busy work, History homework, and a few other things. I might have a breakdown by the end of the semester.

In summation, don't let your kids be music majors.

Though on a lighter note, I am super excited to get my music for my senior recital. I'm going to ask for a challenge. I want pieces to kick my butt. I want them to keep me in the practice room forever. Am I a masochist? Maybe. But it sure pays off when you can show off in the end. Yes, I am a performer through and through. Give me the limelight or give me death!

Also, you all might know this already, but if you hold control and them backspace it deletes whole words. Cool, eh?

Aaaaand I'm going to go to bed before I pass out!

    <lj:music>Baby Got Back - Sir Mix-a-Lot</lj:music>

Do any of you ladies ever get the urge to not wear a bra when in your own room/apartment? And I'm not talking about you flat chested people. I am decidedly not flat, but every so often I just hate bras. Hate.

Yes, that was random.

On a side note, I played a concert today in the freezing cold. I've only now completely thawed out.

And tonight is the first night without a rehearsal this week. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself.
